As many of you know, my own business is about helping coaches, consultants and trainers sell more than their one-to-one time and in the course of my work I’ve come across Jenny Flintoft’s inspirational work again and again. Jenny was the natural choice for the next call in this series.
Jenny made the plunge and set up her own successful offline consultancy at the start of 2002 – Rock Solutions. The business thrived and Jenny carved out an inspiring track record of working with and developing hundreds of leaders, coaches and individuals across the world, who described her as dynamic, passionate, practical, challenging and supportive……and as “human caffeine!”
More and more requests started coming Jenny’s way from corporate Moms wanting help in their work-family juggle and “getting it all done”. Identifying with that and having experienced all the regular emotions any Mom feels – elation, exhaustion, pride, guilt, happiness, frustration – and most of these before 9am – Jenny used all her previous business and psychology training and experience to set up the Successful Working Moms business.
